Objective

The foundation aims to improve the welfare of dogs at home and abroad, in particular dogs from shelters and foster care situations.<\/p>

The foundation seeks to achieve this goal, among other things, by:<\/p>

  • Taking in and guiding dogs<\/li>
  • Rehabilitating and training dogs where necessary<\/li>
  • The careful rehoming of dogs through adoption<\/li>
  • Supporting animal shelter organizations<\/li>
  • Providing information on responsible dog ownership<\/li>
  • Organizing activities and projects to promote animal welfare<\/li><\/ul>

    To achieve its objectives, Stichting Hoop Voor Honden undertakes the following activities, among others:<\/p>

    • Providing temporary shelter for dogs<\/li>

      The Hope for Dogs Foundation is committed to improving the well-being of dogs originating from shelters, foster care, neglect, or other vulnerable circumstances.
      The foundation aims to give dogs a second chance through foster care, rehabilitation, guidance, and careful adoption.<\/p>

      Mission and Vision

      To provide protection, care, and a new home to dogs in need of help.<\/p>

      Vision<\/em>
      The Hope for Dogs Foundation believes that every dog \u200b\u200bhas the right to a safe, loving, and stable life. Through collaboration with volunteers, adopters, and partner organizations, the foundation aims to make a structural contribution to improving the well-being of dogs.<\/p>

            Management and expenditure of assets

            The foundation is a non-profit organization. Any income is spent entirely on improving the welfare of dogs and carrying out the foundation's activities.
            In the event of dissolution, any surplus will be donated to a Public Benefit Organization (ANBI) with a similar objective.
            The board is responsible for the careful management of financial resources. An annual financial overview is prepared.<\/p>
